I’ve only ever done one market like you describe. It was to be held on a Saturday with a Sunday rain date. All week leading up to Saturday, the forecast was back and forth raining moving out, moving up. The call was to be made Friday as to move to rain date or not. The forecast was looking like mostly rain Saturday with scattered rain Sunday. They kept the day on Saturday anyway. It rained all fawking day and Sunday was beautiful all day. I was sooo pissed

on line subscription software is a no go if one can not buy software games the lot never do it .just a thing that all most all company's are doing even MB cars some have a subscription that gives you more power really time to bust out the HP tuner and fix all that just a sad state . .They gripe about piracy well i wounder why

I always suggest to any new CNC person to start with that foam. It is very forgiving

I cut foam often (xlpe). I always rough pocket with climb, leave a little stock, and finish the walls with conventional. In some foams, a conventional pass will produce long ribbons of material that will wrap around the bit. I run with the highest feeds and speeds I can, only if the material is rigid enough. Softer foam is tricky, so i keep a high chip load but lower the rpms and ipm. There's a risk for melting material. Also, conventional cuts can suck softer material into the cutter and ruin your part.

My brother in christ - if you want better results ditch your Canva to Carveco maker workflow and just use professional vector editing software. For examples sake, you can easily unite text/shapes accurately for CNC in Adobe Illustrator using Pathfinder > Unite... rather than creating low fidelity traces from PNGs. I'm sure you could do the same in Affinity too.

2:13 #13 the herb multitool or “savory stripper” (this thing could have a lot of catchy names. Did you say what the holes were for, or did I misunderstand?

As always, love the videos. If and when I figure out more to do with my Onefinity, I will probably have to get an airweight. I just experience my last two projects not holding with the clamps and almost causing a ruined project. Thankfully the 2nd project was a practice run,but having them move really sucks. I think you’d be happier with the drying times and compatibility of acrylic paints and water using this method. How people handle the drying times of oil based stuff is beyond me lol I have no patience

Hay Hamilton order a set of fan gaskets for your 24w, JTech recommend them when I was having an issue an called them. Gaskets almost make it whisper quite.

I'm not sure I like the project design in this one, but I love that you are sharing the concept of home made stain! My wife and I have been making homemade stains for years using food coloring and alcohol. They work great and hold up over time really well. Plus there are a ton of color possibilities. Stains made with food coloring and alcohol also would remain food safe as well.
